The Island Rec Center lists its Beer Mile for Friday, Sept. 25, 2026, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lowcountry Celebration Park, 94 Pope Avenue, Hilton Head Island. The format is four beers and four laps starting at the pavilion, running around the large path by the playground. Registration is listed at $40 and includes four beers and a shirt. T-shirts are not guaranteed for runners who sign up after Sept. 11. Participants must be over 21 and have a designated driver.
